Oregon Optimists Sponsor Benefit for Nick Rehberg

The Optimist Club of Oregon would like to give a report on our recent benefit auction held on April 1. The purpose of the auction was to defray the medical expenses for Nick Rehberg who is battling Ewing's Sarcoma (juvenile bone cancer).
We had over 210 silent auction items and 100 live auction items donated. We had a good turn out for the auction. Final accounting of net proceeds donated to Nick is $13,381.
