HOTEL DIRECTIONS:    
 From East: Exit from I-94 West onto I-90 East. Follow I-90 East to Highway 12/18 West. Continue west on Highway 12/18 for 4.5 miles to Exit 263 (John Nolen Drive). The hotel is immediately on the right as you exit.

From North: Take Interstate 90 East or Interstate 94 East and exit onto Highway 12/18 West. Continue West on Highway 12/18 for 4.5 miles to Exit 263 (John Nolen Drive). The hotel is immediately on the right as you exit.

From West: Take Highway 12/18 and take Exit 263 (John Nolen Drive). The hotel is immediately on the right as you exit.

From South: Exit from I-90 onto Highway 12/18 West. Continue west on Highway 12/18 for 4.5 miles to Exit 263 (John Nolen Drive). The hotel is immediately on the right as you exit.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Online registration is available Thursday, October 6th through Thursday, November 17th.

CONFERENCE COST: Registration cost if $40, which includes, breakfast, a full day of conference activities (fellowship, leadership development, and new ideas for your clubs), and a luncheon with OI Vice President for the Great Plains Region, Sue Fix.        

The luncheon will consist of Salad, dessert, rolls, and your choice of:

Flank Steak:Marinated grilled flank steak with balsamic red onion marmalade, with chef's vegetable and starch

Grilled Chicken Lemon Pasta: Grilled breast of chicken^, penne pasta with roasted red peppers, hearts of palm, mushrooms and fresh artichoke cream.

There will be a vegeterian option upon request.

We will be gathering for Dinner and Dueling Piano's Downtown Madison on Saturday Night, please consider joining us. The meal and entertainment will be on your own, but please add that option to your cart when you check out to indicate your interest (after adding your meal, click on the add another option to cart button).

1. Register and Pay Online: 
   Online registration is open during the registration dates shown above. When open, use the blue 'Register Online' button to submit your registration and pay online using our secure checkout process. This is our preferred choice as it allows us to manage the registrations and payment much more easily. 
   
   
2. Register Online, then Pay By Mail, Phone, or at the Conference: 
   Register during the open registration dates using the blue Register Online button. During the checkout process - simply select the option to Pay By Mail/Phone, or Pay At The Door.  If you prefer to phone-in, mail, or pay at the door - by registering online you help us plan the necessary conference accommodations, make namebadges in advance, coordinate seating and meals based on the number of members and guests registered in advance.
   
   
3. Just show up: 
   Last minute attendees are always welcome at the door. While we prefer the online process so we can plan based on the number of people registering, we'll always have a door registration person at the conference and welcome walk ins.
