Hotel Registration for Contestants/Families, CCDHH Winner/Family, Essay Winner/Family:   SWIS Lt. Governor's / Zone Chairs, should contact Conference Chair, Jo'El Pearlman at 262-620-1588 to make arrangements for your District Contestants.  (Rooms have already been reserved for each Zone.)  The names of Contestant(s) continuing to District & Contestant Family members, and the CCDHH winner/family and Essay winner/family should be provided to Jo'El Pearlman for a follow-up hotel confirmation number provided from Jo'El to the families. 

Optimist Kalahari Hotel Registration ONLY:  There is a room block reserved until Wednesday, April 4th.  Mention room block SWIS District Optimists for a rate of $119 for Friday night and $179 for Saturday (plus taxes and fees). Your room rate includes 4 passes to the waterpark, which can be used into Saturday evening even with hotel morning check-out, so bring your families and make a weekend out of it. (Request your passes at check-in). The Kalahari has a great selection of water slides, a lazy river, wave pool and swim-up bar/outdoor hot tub.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:  

Registration and lunch is $40 per Optimist member or guest.  Registration includes the attendance to watch the oratorical contests, a light breakfast, lunch, and a full day of conference activites and fellowship. (Registration Only is $20).

This On-line Conference Registration for Optimists goes until mid-night May 1, 2018.        REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

Lunch Choices are: 

     Beef Entree:  Country Style Braised Beef - tender beef served with loaded mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, caramelized onions and chef's sauce, green salad, seasonal vegetables, dinner rolls, coffee, tea or lemonade.

     Chicken Entree:   Chicken Kalahari, sauteed chicken breast, garlic msashed red potato, roasted tomato with parmesan and artichoke cream sauc, green salad, seasonal vegetables, dinner rolls, coffee, tea or lemonade.

     Three Cheese Ravioli (Vegetarian): Creamed spinach, artichoke, and bell peppers.

     Gluten Free Entree / Lactose Free Entree:  Chef's Selection.  (Contact Jo'El for needs).

1. Register and Pay Online: 
   Online registration is open during the registration dates shown above. When open, use the blue 'Register Online' button to submit your registration and pay online using our secure checkout process. This is our preferred choice as it allows us to manage the registrations and payment much more easily. 
   
   
2. Register Online, then Pay By Mail, Phone, or at the Conference: 
   Register during the open registration dates using the blue Register Online button. During the checkout process - simply select the option to Pay By Mail/Phone, or Pay At The Door.  If you prefer to phone-in, mail, or pay at the door - by registering online you help us plan the necessary conference accommodations, make namebadges in advance, coordinate seating and meals based on the number of members and guests registered in advance.
   
   
3. Just show up: 
   Last minute attendees are always welcome at the door.  (Limited lunches and choices available).  While we prefer the online process so we can plan based on the number of people registering, we'll always have a door registration person at the conference and welcome walk ins.
