REGISTRATION on-line is NOW CLOSED as of October 9th, 2018.

General Schedule:   This will be a Special Venue starting with a Walk/Run for Childhood Cancer on Friday night and continuing with Speakers, more training on our Centennial year, Team Building, our Legacy, New Club Building, learning about a Service Project and so much more.  We will be ending the conference on Saturday Night  with a Sunset Cruise on Green Lake and a Bon-Fire/Dinner  at the Heidel House.

Hotel Registration:   Call 1-800-444-2812 and use the code "WINUM" for the special group rate as long as rooms last.  Rooms available are: 
 
     $99   (plus tax) for single/double; 
      $149 (plus tax) for deluxe lake view (2) queen beds; and  
      $199 (plus taxes) bedroom suite.

CONFERENCE Registration COST: Registration cost if $40, which includes a full day of conference activities (fellowship, leadership development, and new ideas for your clubs), and a 'New York Deli Buffet Lunchon" consisting of:

Slow roasted beef, smoked turkey, cured ham, salami, cheddar, swiss, provolone cheeses, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, deli relishes, dill potato salad, assorted breads, chicken noodle soup, New York cheesecake, strawberry sauce.

There is also a FIRST TIMER On-line registration cost of $25, which includes the New York Deli Buffet Luncheon.  (There will also be a First Timer Orientation at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning, October 13). 

EVENT REGISTRATION will be for the Green Lake Boat Cruise ($8.00), the Heidel House Bon-Fire/Dinner  ($25.00) or BOTH for ($33.00).



OPTIMISTS REGISTERING FOR the SWIS/WINUM Conference will register through the conference area and can select their Buffet Choice and may ADD EVENT OPTIONS, if they choose, between the Boat Cruise OR Bon-Fire/Dinner OR BOTH  before Submitting at:      SWIS/WINUM_CONF_BUFFET_EVENTS   

OPTIMISTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED ALREADY for the SWIS/WINUM BUFFET Need to register through an EVENT ONLY process with their selection added to their original registration.  (Because it’s intended for Youth Events, select Optimist/Guest and put in your Birthday - required fields). The remainder of the process will be the same.  Re-Registration for Event ONLY is at:  SWIS/WINUM_Event_ONLY.

1. Register and Pay Online: 
   Online registration is open during the registration dates shown above. When open, use the blue 'Register Online' button to submit your registration and pay online using our secure checkout process. This is our preferred choice as it allows us to manage the registrations and payment much more easily. 
   
   

2. Register Online, then Pay By Mail, Phone, or at the Conference: 
   Register during the open registration dates using the blue Register Online button. During the checkout process - simply select the option to Pay By Mail/Phone, or Pay At The Door.  If you prefer to phone-in, mail, or pay at the door - by registering online you help us plan the necessary conference accommodations, make namebadges in advance, coordinate seating and meals based on the number of members and guests registered in advance.
   
   

3. Just show up: 
   Last minute attendees are always welcome at the door. While we prefer the online process so we can plan based on the number of people registering, we'll always have a door registration person at the conference and welcome walk ins.
