8:30 AM:     Executive Meeting, hot breakfast being served by the Pearl Island Bed and Breakfast

9:30 AM      Registration, including Morning Goodies:   Conference starting at 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.  Noon there will be an Italian pasta buffet catered by Knutes Catering service Orfordville, WI. 

4:00 PM      Ice Cream bar for the Past Governors for exchange of information, ideas and fellowship.

4. Imagine:  building an Optimist tower for fun and prizes!  [Speakeasy in the basement!]

5. Group discussions on club fundraising and challenges facing your club

6. Presentation on "Project LIT Community, by Lisa Biber

7. Foundation raffle and 50-50 [Bring a little cash!]

8. Pasta buffet catered by Knute's Catering Service of Orfordville

9. Awards and recognition of clubs and the Unsung Hero Award

10. Ice cream social for past Governors after the meeting!

11. And of course a little business!
