Our Optimist Weekend Kicks Off on Friday! Pre-Registration Check- in for your hotel room as early as Noon on Friday and you and your family can use the water park passes right away! At 8pm, join your fellow Optimists from all around the District, President & First Lady Penny and Regional VP Rod for Optimist Hospitality Hosted by the Metro Milwaukee Optimist Club!
Super Optimist Saturday! Registration begins at 7:45am. Everyone is invited to celebrate the accomplishments of incredible young people in our District. Cheer on our Outstanding Youth from around the district. The students will be presenting their speeches during the Oratorical competition at 8:30. Optimist General Session begins at 10:45am, our Journey of Optimism continues with our international guest speakers Optimist International President Bob McFadyen and Regional Vice President Rod McKendrick. Our Celebration Luncheon with the Outstanding Students and their Families, Communication presentation, Foundation Raffle, Award Ceremony, Fun and More!

Bring Your Club’s Story Board or display to the conference! Show off what your club has done this year and in the past. Share your Club’s favorite projects, programs and fundraisers with your fellow Optimists and Optimist International President Bob, and Regional Vice President, Rod, our Scholarship Students and their families…and even people visiting the Kalahari! This is a great sharing opportunity, and, you may also find that you’ll get noticed by a future Optimist! You just might catch the eye of someone visiting the Kalahari and be able to recruit them just by letting them know about your Club with your display!

- Register and Pay Online:
Online registration is open during the registration dates shown above. When open, use the blue 'Register Online' button to submit your registration and pay online using our secure checkout process. This is our preferred choice as it allows us to manage the registrations and payment much more easily.
- Register Online, then Pay By Mail, Phone, or at the Conference:
Register during the open registration dates using the blue Register Online button. During the checkout process - simply select the option to Pay By Mail/Phone, or Pay At The Door. If you prefer to phone-in, mail, or pay at the door - by registering online you help us plan the necessary conference accommodations, make name badges in advance, coordinate seating and meals based on the number of members and guests registered in advance.
3. Just show up: Last minute attendees are always welcome at the door. (Please note current concerns related to food price increases and supply chain concerns. Registration after May 1 will not be guaranteed luncheon food service). While we prefer the online process so we can plan based on the number of people registering, we'll always have a door registration person at the conference and welcome walk- ins.
